The Tiskita Lodge offers nine private cabins (sixteen rooms) set amid rich forests and lush fruit trees. Cabins feature a veranda with hammocks and majestic ocean views. All rooms come equipped with comfortable beds, fan, private bathroom with hot water showers and plenty of space to relax among the soothing sounds of nature.

The hotel grounds include mostly primary rainforest, smaller sections of secondary rainforest, and open orchards. Guests may explore an extensive forest trail system to enjoy first hand the exotic jungle sights and sounds, as well as an amazing variety of Costa Rica’s colorful birds. A refreshing pool set high on a hillside is the perfect setting for sunbathing or a relaxing swim as you watch the waves crash below.

Fresh ingredients and friendly service await guests in the breezy main dining room. Cooks prepare a variety of hearty Costa Rican dishes that include a hefty helping of homegrown fruits and vegetables. Main dishes feature locally raised beef, poultry, and fresh seafood from the nearby Pacific Ocean. Fresh natural fruit juices, hot coffee and tea are available all day free of charge.
