Lomas del Volcán’s thirteen rustic bungalows are set amid
vibrant gardens and include two terraces, from which guests may enjoy
some of the most impressive views of the Arenal Volcano. The bungalows

and coffee maker.
Lomas del Volcán’s restaurant serves a delicious continental
breakfast of fresh fruit, cereal and pastries included with the price

The hotel’s rich and spacious grounds allow guests to explore the
many nature trails that lead to lush primary forest and undisturbed scenic
vantage points. The hotel offers daily guided hikes into the jungle where
guests will have a chance to observe the diverse plant and animal life

treks through the surrounding jungle, guests may enjoy the soothing relief
of the hotel’s large outdoor Jacuzzi while admiring majestic views
of the active Arenal Volcano.
Lomas del Volcán offers a wide range of activities and tours that
include a boat trip to Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge, class III and
IV white water rafting adventures, a canopy tour adventure, hot springs
tour, a visit to the butterfly farm, sport fishing at Lake Arenal and
a bird watching tour. There is also a daily horseback-riding excursion
to the spectacular La Fortuna River Waterfall where guests can marvel
at the 40-meter high fall and then take a cool dip in a crystal clear
pool.
